1. Services

WallBotix provides direct-to-wall printing, custom mural printing, wall graphics, and related design and installation services for residential and commercial customers.

All services are subject to project review, site conditions, scheduling availability, and final approval by WallBotix.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing.

Pricing may vary based on:

  • Wall size

  • Surface condition

  • Project complexity

  • Accessibility

  • Design requirements

  • Travel requirements

  • Material and labor costs

WallBotix reserves the right to revise estimates if project conditions differ from those originally presented.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information

  • Ensuring access to the installation area

  • Obtaining any necessary permissions or approvals

  • Confirming artwork approval prior to printing

  • Ensuring surfaces are suitable for printing

Additional charges may apply if site conditions require extra preparation or additional labor.

4. Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, photographs, artwork, or other content provided for printing.

WallBotix is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property violations arising from customer-supplied content.

By submitting artwork, the customer represents that they have all necessary rights and permissions.

5. Print Appearance

Wall printing is a custom process. Final results may vary due to:

  • Surface texture

  • Wall condition

  • Existing wall color

  • Lighting conditions

  • Viewing distance

  • Material characteristics

Minor variations in color, alignment, texture visibility, or finish are not considered defects.

6. Surface Conditions

WallBotix is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Improperly prepared surfaces

  • Existing wall damage

  • Moisture problems

  • Structural defects

  • Paint failure

  • Surface contamination

Customers are encouraged to disclose known wall conditions prior to installation.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be specified on project proposals or invoices.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Deposits may be required before scheduling

  • Remaining balances are due upon project completion

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Project dates may be rescheduled based on availability.

Deposits may be non-refundable once artwork preparation, scheduling, travel arrangements, or project planning has begun.

9. Warranty

WallBotix warrants workmanship for a period specified in the applicable project agreement.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Scratches or impacts

  • Water damage

  • Building movement

  • Improper cleaning

  • Customer modifications

  • Normal wear and aging

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

10. Removal and Repainting

Wall prints are intended to be a long-term decorative finish.

In most situations, wall prints can be covered by repainting the surface. Multiple coats of paint may be required depending on wall color, artwork, and paint selection.

WallBotix does not guarantee complete coverage with a specific number of paint coats.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WallBotix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

WallBotix's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
